By registering with angeltrain Limited (the "Company" or "onlineforgood")
you agree to and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set out
below (the "Terms and Conditions"). If you do not agree with these
Terms and Conditions, or any part of them, you are required to stop
using onlineforgood immediately.

number 6139583) whose registered office is at Suite 16, Beaufort Court,
Admirals Way, South Quay, London, E14 9XL.
1. Registration
1.1 onlineforgood reserves the right to refuse or cancel registration without notice at any time and for any reason.
1.2 By registering with onlineforgood you agree that you will have no
right to receive any money whatsoever that onlineforgood receives as a
result (whether direct or indirect) of your registration with
onlineforgood or your activity on or via onlineforgood.
1.3 You understand that registration of a cause by you does not
automatically guarantee the receipt by your chosen cause of the funds
you raise for it by clicking via onlineforgood.

on subsequent visits must be full and accurate. If you have provided us
with false, inaccurate or misleading information onlineforgood reserves
the right to cancel your registration. You must inform us immediately
by changing your registration details (or by email if this is not
possible) of any changes to the information you have supplied to

1.5 You must not use the onlineforgood website or the services offered on
the website in any manner that may constitute a criminal offence or may
provide grounds for a civil court case against you, onlineforgood or any
third party.

the website directly or indirectly causes any loss or damage to any
other person or company and that person or company claims that such
loss or damage is attributable to your use, you undertake to pay to onlineforgood
on demand an amount equal to such loss or damage. Your use includes

who at the time the claimed loss or damage is caused is a child of whom
you are the parent or guardian or any person for whom you are
responsible in law.
2. Offers and Transactions
2.1 Any transactions you make are not with onlineforgood but with the merchants you purchase from.
2.2 Your registered cause may not benefit from any transactions via
onlineforgood if such a transaction (or any part of it) is subsequently
refunded, repaid, reversed or modified in any other way.
2.3 All transactions are electronically logged and reported back by the
retailer. onlineforgood makes every effort to ensure that retailers are
correctly reporting sales however onlineforgood accepts no responsibility
whatsoever should the retailer's systems fail to report back your sale.
2.4 onlineforgood accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any direct or
indirect loss whatsoever or however incurred as a result of using
onlineforgood or as a result of a retailer's acts, errors or omissions
and/or as a result of any retailer's winding-up, insolvency,
liquidation, bankruptcy or other similar situation or proceeding.
2.5 Each transaction and offer is governed by individual terms and
conditions. Please check with the retailer concerned for full details.
onlineforgood reserves the right to cancel, remove or amend any offer at
any time without notice.
2.6 Price Promise - by clicking to a retailer's website via onlineforgood the
user will access the retailer's own website and therefore the prices
the user sees on such website will be the same as those that the user
will see by accessing the retailer's website directly. However,
onlineforgood has no control over retailers' websites and cannot exclude
the possibility that in the future a retailer may code its website to
offer different prices depending upon the referring website and or
whether the website is accessed directly.
3. Your Responsibilities
3.1 onlineforgood relies on your computer allowing cookies; it is your responsibility to ensure that you have cookies turned on.
3.2 Unless you opt-out in your registration details, you agree to
receive regular electronic newsletters, occasionally supplemented by
other special offer mailings from onlineforgood.
3.3 If your account is dormant (showing no transactions or clicks) for
6 months or more, onlineforgood reserves the right to terminate your
account.

and Conditions or any part of them, at any time and you agree to be

not an endorsement of such a website and you acknowledge and agree that
we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
6. 1 These Terms and Conditions will be governed and interpreted by the laws of England.
6.2 Any dispute relating to or arising from the Terms and Conditions shall be decided by an English court.
6.3 If any of these Terms and Conditions or any part of them should be
determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by
any court of any competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition or
part thereof shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions
shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be
binding and enforceable.
6.4 A party who is not a party to this agreement has no right to enforce any term of this agreement.
